And today I promise you that nothing, NOTHING, in this ridiculous Julia Chaplin article from the Times (whenever? i found it in the IHT), is actually true. Well factually Carlos Slim bla bla gave some money, hoo haw, the rest of it is utter garbage. Here's the real zinger though: "It is actually safer to CALL A CAB?" It doesn't matter that the whole art scene in the DF has been better than crappy Chelsea for years... it is still safer to CALL A CAB than hail one in the street ?
